Requirements:
- Gas-sufficient car: You must have a car with good gas mileage to travel to various properties.
- Smart phone with internet: A smartphone with internet access is necessary for communication and uploading inspection reports.
- Selfie stick that goes up to 10 feet: A selfie stick with a 10-foot reach is required to capture clear and comprehensive photos during inspections.
- Laptop or desktop computer: You will need a laptop or desktop computer to complete and submit inspection reports.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English: Good English language skills are essential for accurately documenting inspection findings.
