Garden work project needed in Oceanside on Islander Street ; ground re-surfacing due to gopher holes to remove old lawn sod, setting wire mesh and bender boards around existing sprinkler heads , adding new dirt over mesh (which I have) etc… to create a “desert” style garden with native plants within the semi-circle bender boards, which will need to be bought, and adjacent to laying down Arizona Flagstones (after cutting them appropriately) and creating paths, etc over DG. The Flagstone are here, uncut.
- If you have design experience this is a plus
Also, along one (1) 50 foot (approx.) fence line, installing metal plates (vertically) which I will buy as ground retainers with short retaining rebars and adding new dirt to achieve a higher ground level to eventually have several large palm trees in large wood planter boxes.
Please must be polite, local, and have references and pictures of recent past works and speak English.

Note # 1; I have done this type of work in my previous residence.
# 2 ; your estimate should be signed with your name spelled out on paper on either your letterhead and/or with your physical address included, as well as your automobile/truck make and year including the license plate and what state registered.
# 3 ; either party may elect to stop the work on any given day for any reason and any hours accrued shall be paid pro-rated to the day's agreed daily rate.
# 4 ; agreed daily labor rate shall first be paid after every 3 to 4 days of completed work, and upon request
# 5 ; the 8 hour day shall be 8 to 5 pm with 30 minutes for lunch and two (2) 15 minute breaks
