About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Handyman to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing our maintenance system, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in improving our current processes and ensuring the properties are maintained and improved for optimal functionality and aesthetics.
Work Schedule:
Days: Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off)
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm workday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Van Usage: Company van provided during working hours only; stays at our office.
Requirements: Clean driving record (DMV check required)

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and execute maintenance tasks.
Schedule jobs efficiently, aiming to group tasks in similar locations.
Ensure all task details are accurate and there’s a legitimate issue before heading to the job site.
Take clear before and after photos of completed work.
Write thorough and detailed job descriptions for each task.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the job site after completion.
Actively look for opportunities to improve processes and grow the maintenance program.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools, including but not limited to:
Plumbing
Electrical work
Gardening
HVAC maintenance
Power washing and window cleaning
Furniture assembly
Painting and carpentry
Installation and repair of fixtures and appliances
Pest control
Minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs)
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Good driving record (DMV check required).
Maintenance Prioritization Timeline
Critical: Address within 12 hours of being reported.
High: Address within 24 hours of being reported.
Medium: Address within 48 hours of being reported.
Low: Address within 72 hours of being reported.
