Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Shipping Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle both administrative tasks and physical duties in the shipping department. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and order processing.
-Coordinate and oversee the loading and unloading of trucks.
-Ensure shipments are accurately prepared, labeled, and dispatched in a timely manner.
-Verify inventory and update shipping records.
-Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping issues or delays.
-Assist with packing, sorting, and organizing merchandise for shipment.
-Ensure safety protocols are followed in the shipping area.
Qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
-Prior experience in a shipping, warehouse, or administrative role preferred.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or shipping software.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
After training, we offer a rate of $20.00hr
This is a full-time position Monday- Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
