Ranch hand
Looking for part time helper to work one day a week on many different projects.
Looking for someone that can and is willing to do anything on the ranch. There are million different things to do.
Fix irrigation
Move firewood around
Dig a ditch
Clean patio, solar panels, or anything
Move car parts around
Weed wack
Work on cars
Load truck up with stuff for the dump or recycler
Vacuum cars and trucks
Pull weeds
Throw frisbee for ranch dog
Sand and paint car parts
Organize storage shed
Repair and install plumbing
Need some with tools and knows how to use them. All kinds of tools… but primarily car related hand tools… wrenches, sockets, wire cutters, pliers, screw drivers, drills, mallet, and so on.
Prefer an older person with lots of experience and old time values. Prefer someone that has served in the military. Need someone that likes to work and will work without too much supervision or monitoring. Someone that likes to work outside no matter the temperature. I pay a flat fee for the day and the pay depends on your experience, common sense, speed, skills, and work ethic. No alcohol or drug issues. You can read, write and speak English.
Hopefully you are available either Tuesdays, or Wednesdays, or Thursdays. If money is your main motivator, this not the job. If you need the money to feed kids, or pay off credit cards, or pay the rent, this is not the job for you. Need someone that wants to work to stay busy, to help, and wants to be part of something like Rip. If you are in a place that money would be nice to buy more things you like say for example tools, speakers, model plane parts, pool table, new bathroom tile, skis, camping gear, amplifier, buy your mom flowers then this job might work for you.
We are in West Valley Center, not too far from Highway 15 and Gopher Canyon. If you are more than one gallon away, it probably does not make sense.
If you are miles away, it is not a good fix. You must have wheels. Must be completely reliable… work starts at 8 am, you are here at 7:50 every time with coffee, work clothes, gloves, and anxious to get stuff done. Looking for “Rip”.
