Looking for a hands-on job where your work really makes a difference? We’re hiring a Porter to help keep our apartment communities in San Diego County clean, safe, and looking great. What You’ll Be Doing:
Picking up trash and keeping walkways, stairs, and common areas clean
Cleaning BBQ areas, pool furniture, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and more
Removing cobwebs, dirt, and debris from buildings
Helping clean out and sanitize empty apartments when needed
Reporting anything that needs fixing or replacing
Interacting respectfully with residents and helping maintain a friendly vibe
What We’re Looking For:
Someone reliable, responsible, and ready to work
Detail-oriented and enjoys keeping things clean
Good communication and a team-player attitude
Must have your own transportation to travel between properties
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time – 40 hours per week, may include weekends
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour. Monthly car allowance
This position offers full health benefits and a 401K with company match
Paid time off including vacation, holidays and sick.
Daily travel within San Diego County

Lo que harás:
Recoger basura y mantener limpios los pasillos, escaleras y áreas comunes
Limpiar áreas de BBQ, muebles de alberca, lavanderías, gimnasios, baños y más
Quitar telarañas, polvo y suciedad de los edificios
Ayudar a limpiar y desinfectar departamentos vacíos cuando sea necesario
Reportar cualquier cosa que necesite reparación o reemplazo
Tratar bien a los residentes y mantener un ambiente amigable
Lo que buscamos:
Persona responsable, puntual y listo para trabajar
Que le guste mantener todo limpio y ordenado
Buena actitud y comunicación
Debe tener transporte propio para moverse entre propiedades
Horario y pago:
Tiempo completo – Lunes a viernes (ocasionalmente fines de semana)
Pago: $19.00 - $20.00 por hora + Incluye una asignación para auto
