Intersection Facility Services is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! Intersection is a full-service commercial real estate firm with extensive market knowledge, a loyal staff, deep-rooted industry relationships and real estate strategies that deliver results. This position is full-time and includes a great benefits package.

This person must be reliable, punctual, hardworking and a skilled individual seeking long-term employment. The Maintenance Technician must be able to efficiently handle a changing environment and be capable of dealing with multiple people and various situations simultaneously. Promotion and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of verifiable commercial maintenance and/or construction/handyman experience

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Ability to multitask

Ability to comfortably Interact with Customers, Tenants, and Vendors

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Computer Knowledge and Abilities, Familiarity with Angus Systems is encouraged but not required

Ability to work with a team and independently

Ability to follow applicable building, county and safety codes/standards

Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Complete Tenant Requests/Emergency Repairs

Prepare vacant suites by repairing flooring, paint, drywall, window coverings, ceiling tiles, etc

Complete exterior maintenance including but not limited to: outdoor lighting, stucco, sprinkler systems, yard maintenance, trash disposal, etc

Have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

Complete and log all assigned work orders in a timely fashion

Follow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction

Other duties as assigned
