Shore Management, a property management company in central San Diego is looking for a reliable, honest and detail-oriented individual with landscaping and general porter experience.
Landscaper - $19.50 per hour.
35-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
W2 employee with health benefits and paid time off.
Company vehicle provided.
The applicant will need to be able to solve problems and perform tasks to keep properties looking clean and organized. Responsibilities will include:
1. Operate tools and grounds keeping equipment
2. Tidy up, dispose of trash, pull weeds, cut grass, around external grounds of properties.
3. Perform debris removal for large clean-ups.
4. Operate a pressure washer.
5. Remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures.
6. Perform minor cleaning services and wipe downs of interior of units.
7. May move furniture and perform general tasks to assemble and breakdown furniture.
8. May perform general demolition duties.
Requirements
1. A clean driving record and current CA drivers license
2. Prior landscaping experience required
3. Ability to life up to 50lbs
4. Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
5. Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English.
Company vehicle and an iPhone will be provided.
