Janitorial / Maintenance Associate
Candidate will need to possess the following qualifications:
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, able to lift 50+ lbs
Able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organization skills and positive attitude
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply room
Excellent attendance
Follow all health and safety regulations
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Point of contact for all janitorial duties
Knowledge of cleaning chemical, tools and custodial equipment
Maintain a sanitary and tidy working environment both in the lab and office
Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Integrity and ability to work independently
High school degree
Job type: Full time, contract
Pay: $19.00 per hour
