Job Title: Airbnb Property Cleaner & Maintenance/ Landscaping Worker/ Lifting
Position Type: Part-time (3-4 days per week)

Job Description: We are seeking an independent, hardworking, and reliable individual to start as an Airbnb Property Cleaner and Maintenance Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our Airbnb properties, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to uphold our reputation for spotlessness. This is a single person role managing no more than 3 rental properties. You will have independence, but commitment and attention to detail are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed cleaning tasks in Airbnb properties to ensure they are immaculately clean for guests.
Conduct landscaping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining outdoor areas.
Assist with painting projects, larger landscaping projects and other miscellaneous tasks to upkeep the appearance of properties.
Engage in tasks such as digging, lifting, and other general maintenance activities as required.
Adhere to established cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure properties are always guest-ready.
Communicate any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the property owners in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred but not required.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to travel to work and errands as needed.
