Hours: 6am-230pm, Monday - Friday, OT as requested
Pay: $21/hr

Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, and transport materials within our warehouse and distribution center. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
· Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
· Move materials to and from designated areas, ensuring accurate placement and inventory management.
· Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and assist with stock counts.
· Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
· Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA, ANSI) required.
· Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting was preferred.
· Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
· Ability to lift heavy objects and operate equipment for extended periods.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Working Conditions:
· Fast-paced warehouse environment.
· May require standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
