CAR WASHER - (FULL-TIME) - NOW HIRING
40 hours/week | 2 days off/week.
Position Summary
The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests of our car wash facility. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure a quality car wash experience and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Major Essential Duties
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
Guide customers onto the car wash conveyor, ensuring their vehicle is properly aligned and prepared for the wash process.
Provide information on our various car wash packages and upsell additional services as appropriate.
Operate the car wash equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all company guidelines and procedures.
Perform regular equipment maintenance checks, notifying management of any issues or concerns.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including the tunnel, equipment room, and customer areas.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, as well as daily cash handling and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive working environment.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring the well-being of customers, team members, and vehicles.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintains a professional appearance

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or car wash experience is a plus, but not required.
