Lunes a Viernes: 7:00am - 2:30pm
Sábados y Domingos: 7:00am - 1:30pm

Lunes a Jueves: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
Viernes: 2:30pm - 9:00pm
Sábados y Domingos: 1:30pm - 8:00pm
El horario varía y puede requerir horas durante fines de semana y días festivos, tanto de día como de noche.
RESUMEN GENERAL
Este puesto es responsable de mantener la limpieza del Club y proporcionar el más alto nivel de servicio a los miembros. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES DEL PUESTO
Responsabilidad en la limpieza detallada y el mantenimiento preventivo, como reabastecer estantes de toallas, vaciar y limpiar botes de basura, desinfectar y limpiar inodoros y duchas, limpiar espejos y luces, aspirar alfombras, trapear pisos regularmente y trapear áreas mojadas.
Reabastecer los suministros de tocador y reponer inventario y productos de limpieza.
Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
Saludar a los miembros e invitados a lo largo de la propiedad.
Entender y anticipar las necesidades de nuestros miembros; ser atento, escuchar cuidadosamente y seguir con los compromisos; brindar un servicio excepcional al cliente.
Comunicarse de manera oportuna y hacer seguimiento según corresponda.
Participación activa en eventos, programas, reuniones y capacitaciones.
Representar al club de manera profesional a través de la imagen, vestimenta, comunicación y seguimiento inmediato.

Morning Shifts:
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 2:30pm

Evening Shifts:
Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm - 10pm
Friday: 2:30 - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday: 1:30pm - 8pm
Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.
GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining Club cleanliness and to provide the highest level of member service. Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Detail cleaning and preventive maintenance responsibility such as re-stocking towel shelves, empty and wipe down trash cans, disinfect and clean toilets and showers, clean vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuum carpets, mop floors regularly, and dry mop wet areas.
Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Greet members and guests throughout the property.
Understand and anticipate the needs of our members; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through; provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate.
Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training.
Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
