Work at a calm and organized medical practice with another Medical Assistant and Office Manager. This part-time position has responsibilities, which include interaction with patients and doctor; answering phones, checking messages and returning phone calls; checking insurance eligibility; scheduling patients; rooming patients and making sure rooms are stocked and clean; setting up and cleaning up after in-office procedures.
Work experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate. Other skills required: great inter-personal communications; computer skills including EMR (will train); being calm and polite with patients
Requires proof of Certified Medical Assistant completion but willing to train candidate who is aspiring to be a Medical Assistant.
