Experienced LVN needed for private duty confidential home health case. Available shift: Tuesday nights 7pm-7am with additional shifts available on a few Thursdays and Saturday nights.
Must live in San Diego County. Temecula area okay.
LVN duties on case include monitoring seizures while patient asleep and awake, administering PRN rescue medications, O2, intermittent straight cath, offering hydration, monitoring vitals, ambulation to reduce agitation, re-direction of behaviors rooted in patient's autism.
Must have at least 3 years experience as an LVN, providing DIRECT PATIENT CARE. Patient is ambulatory Nurses use gait belt with 2:1 assist (LVN works side by side with caregiver each shift).
Prior CNA experience highly desirable.
Pay is $66.18/hr, Holiday pay @ time and a half, gas mileage to and from case each shift.
