Looking for a patient,reliable, fun caregiver with experience working with clients who have Autism Spectrum Disorder/ Anxiety. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to pass a background check, and a good driving record. The client is active, chatty, imaginative and enjoys watching movies, talking about movies and engaging with others around him. He needs assistance with household chores and cleaning, cooking, personal hygiene, and toileting clean up. Having a background and awareness with behavior intervention is a plus.
Assistance is needed Wednesday-Sunday. Wednesday through Saturday hours approximately 3:00 p.m. -9:00p.m. with occasional slightly earlier or later hours needed. Sunday hours will alternate between 9:15 or 10:30a.m.-3:30 pm and 2:00 or 3:00p.m. to 8:00 or 9:00 p.m.(with occasional later hours) Currently time is split between 2 households in Cardiff and Escondido, so you must be willing to drive to both places.( there will likely be a shift to just Escondido in the near future.
