QCM needed for Multiyear Federal Maintenance Project.
This not a new construction contract, several trades performing service maintenance and repairs
TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Control Manager typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Work closely with Project Manager, FSM, SSHO, GOV, Subcontractors and QCI Staff, Employees (20 Trades)
ALL aspects Quality Control Inspection and documentation of Service and Maintenance work
Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements.
Executes additional duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required to complete the project.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Government Contracts and Personnel a MUST.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager working federal projects.
Construction/Service/ Maintenance trade experience- basic knowledge.
Trade experience HVAC, Fire protection, Traffic Lights, ATFP, Roll up Doors, Hanger Doors (multiple trades)
USACE or NAVFAC Certification
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
OSHA 30 a bonus
Enforce all regulatory, base and company specific safety rules.
Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow procedures and schedules, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team environment and fit in with company culture and processes.
Effective professional oral and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
Must possess a strong work ethic and values that are above-reproach.
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills.
