Weekend Guest Experience Manager (Remote, Fri 5pm – Sun Midnight PST)
Are you a night owl or homebody looking for flexible weekend work from home? We’re seeking a mature, computer-savvy Guest Experience Manager to handle guest communications and bookings every weekend—Friday 5pm through Sunday midnight (PST)—for our growing vacation rental business.
About the Role:
Respond quickly to guest and prospect inquiries—mostly by text and email, with occasional phone calls.
Answer questions, close new bookings, and process payments for add-on services (pool heating, early check-in/late checkout).
Troubleshoot basic guest issues using our guides and escalate urgent matters as needed.
Document interactions for team follow-up.
If successful, you may be offered additional virtual assistant work.
Compensation:
$50 per day on-call (Friday 5pm–Sunday midnight PST) - paid whether you get a single message or not
2% commission on any reservation you get to book directly through our website - this can add up to REAL MONEY
