A coal fired, Asian-inspired interpretation of West Coast Asian cuisine located in Downtown San Diego’s newest luxury condo building. With Partner and Chef Brian Malarkey in the kitchen is Executive Chef Tara Monsod. Design incorporates different narratives throughout the 6,000 square foot restaurant. Inspiration includes ancient Japanese forests and an art deco theater. The menu will feature big umami flavors and a healthy dose of sake and Japanese whisky.
Busser/ Food Runners: Responsible for clearing and setting tables, polishing glassware in addition to other various tasks. Food runners will need to learn al table and seat numbers as well as the full food menu and allergies.
