We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Manager to oversee production, maintain pars, and keep operations running smoothly as we continue to grow.

You are the person who:
-Keeps production on track and makes sure weekly orders are ready for farmers markets and wholesale distribution.
-Keeps an eye on par levels, product and ingredient inventory so we’re always stocked and ready to go.
-Follows our recipes with consistency and care, and brings ideas to the table for new products and flavors!
-Jumps in with hands-on prep — mixing dough, baking, and packaging products with attention to detail and precision.
-Leads a small support crew (team members who help with weighing, scooping, and cleaning) so the kitchen runs smoothly.
-Cares about quality, efficiency, cleanliness, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the kitchen.
This could be a great fit if you:
-Have experience in a bakery, café, or commercial kitchen
-Enjoy a balance of hands-on production and light team leadership
-Like being organized and staying ahead of schedule
-Take pride in making sure everything that goes out the door looks and tastes great
