We're looking for
Cocktailers / Server Positions wanted
(Not accepting applications for bartenders)
POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Server / Cocktailer will be responsible for serving food and beverages to
guests and providing excellent and timely customer service.
They will perform all necessary
tasks to service guests, including filling orders, opening and closing tabs, and maintaining a clean
and organized dining area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Services
Greets courteously seated guests, using personalized service;
Delivers accurate food and beverage orders to guests;
Monitors guests’ needs continuously, often for multiple tables or groups;
Provides responsible alcohol service and monitors guest’s alcohol consumption;
Informs food and beverage managers of overly intoxicated guests and
Accurately processes cash and credit card transactions.
Facility Standards
Adheres to PB Shore Club performance standards, policies, and procedures;
Maintains working knowledge of facilities and special events;
Works closely with management and other PB Shore Club staff;
Maintains assigned sections clean and organized; and
Performs side work and opening and closing duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be at least 21 years old; Flexibility to work a variety of shifts;
Must-Have Night Availability
(Must have Weekend Availability)
Often working weekends and late nights;
Lifting and carrying up to [50 lbs.]; and
QUALIFICATIONS
Incumbents must demonstrate the ability to follow policies and procedures established in
the Company’s Employee Handbook. Incumbents will also contribute to a positive work
environment by behaving and communicating to get along with all
constituent groups, co-workers, and management.

knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
Food Handler & RBS certification required
WORK EXPERIENCE
Server 3 years experience
Previous bar/restaurant experience preferred.
KEY SKILLS SET
Strong attention to detail in a service-oriented environment;
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills;
Excellent oral communication skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the dining and bar area; and
Team player.
