Guest Service Agents
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible to promote a courteous and professional image to all potential and eventual guests of the hotel. Performing tasks related to resolving guests complaints and concerns. Being proficient in all operating systems such as PBX and PMS systems. Being proficient in taking reservations , guest check in and check out in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and safety and security. Must be willing to help maintain maximum occupancy and profitability for the property.
