SoCal Sushi looking for highly motivated individuals with good energy & good attitude. Must be willing to leave old habits behind and adapt to our new environment.
Sushi Chefs: We are looking to hire a sushi chef with good knife skills and the ability to stay focused and execute orders. Chefs will be required to make rolls and nigiri, with presentation & consistency being priority. Must know how to handle fish and be clean & organized throughout their shift. Customer engagement is crucial while juggling prep work and orders. Requiring two years minimum experience.
Any individual interested should check out our reviews and dine-in our restaurant prior to applying to see if it’s the right fit. We are open for dinner from 4 to 9 pm (Tues to Thurs) and Friday & Saturday all day from 12 to 9 pm.
