Mille Fleurs, a renowned fine dining restaurant in Rancho Santa Fe’s North County area, is seeking skilled and passionate professionals to join our Front of House team. Known for our award-winning farm-to-table cuisine, our menu changes daily for lunch and dinner, based on the freshest ingredients available.
We are currently hiring for the following position:
Bartender / Cocktail Position
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced bartender to provide exceptional service in a refined dining environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, team player, and hospitality-driven professional with a passion for mixology and guest engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1–2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining setting
Valid Food Handler’s Card & RBS Certification
Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wines, and spirits (a plus)
Basic math and POS system proficiency
Ability to prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean bar
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a high-energy setting
