Lemon Grove bistro is hiring experienced line cooks. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on hotline/pantry.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the kitchen.
- Prepare menu items up to standards consistently.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is working well and used correctly.
- Stocking, dating and rotating products
- Operating a variety of kitchen equipment
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk and move around for the duration of an entire shift.
- Ability to handle, carry or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Must be willing and able to work a schedule night shifts and weekends.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Certified Food Handler’s Card.
Salary will be discussed during the interview process and depends on experience. This is a full-time position.
