LINE COOK
-STRONG BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE A MUST
(2 years of Breakfast experience preferred)(Sauté Skillset)
-Team Player and Communication while working at a high speed and high volume
-Plancha, Saute and Fryer
TACO SHOP LINE COOK
-Taco Shop experience A MUST
-Team Player and Communication while working at a high speed and high volume
-Plancha, Saute and Fryer
DISHWASHER
-Attention to detail and cleanliness
-Stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
PREP COOK
-Follow all environmental health guidelines per San Diego County
-Knowledge of slicers, dicers, mixers
-Weighing, scaling and measuring
-Recipe consistency
