San Diego Brewing Company is hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager to lead our Back of House team!
We’re a fast-paced brewery and restaurant serving up pizza, wings, salads, and burgers & sandwiches, and we’re looking for a strong, experienced leader who can keep the kitchen running smoothly and motivate our team to thrive.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Extensive kitchen experience (BOH management preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety, prep, line, and service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate the team
Must be a team player, flexible and dependable
Positive attitude and a passion for quality food
