Kitchen Manager Job Description:
Hob Nob Hill Restaurant is reopening, and we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team! If you have a strong background in kitchen management and a love for hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Hours - 6AM - 3PM | 40-50 hours per week

Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Supervise daily kitchen operations; including food preparation and team management
Monthly Inventory
Weekly Orders
Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork
Develop and maintain accurate, cost-effective recipes, ensuring they are documented both digitally and in a physical binder for easy team access
Manage vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and maintain consistent ingredient availability
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, making necessary adjustments to exceed customer expectations
Regularly evaluate kitchen performance metrics, such as labor and food costs, to ensure alignment with company goals
Requirements:
Serve Safe Certification
2+ years in kitchen management experience
