Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Kitchen Operations – Manage daily kitchen functions, ensuring seamless food production for both in-store dining and retail sales.
Maintain Product Excellence – Supervise the preparation of hot foods, cold items, and deli specialties, ensuring top-tier quality and consistency.
Optimize Inventory & Minimize Waste – Collaborate with the meat and produce departments to creatively utilize ingredients, reduce waste, and maximize profitability.
Ensure Quality Control – Maintain high standards for food safety, presentation, and taste.
Lead & Develop Staff – Train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing kitchen and deli team.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Experience managing budgets, food costs, and inventory.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with other departments.
