With recent awards/accolades including: the Michelin guide (3 consecutive years), California best 101 restaurant from LA Times, Eater San Diego Best Restaurant of the Year, and Bon Appetit's 50 Best New Restaurants, you'll be working and learning from Executive Chef David Sim, Chef De Cuisine Sydney Imlay and Sous Chef Guillermo Elizondo.
