We are looking for dedicated line cooks to join our small, talented, and passionate kitchen team.
What We’re Looking For:
-Professionalism & Passion – Food should be your #1 passion, both in work and conversation.
-Fine Dining Skills – Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale kitchen.
-Technical Abilities – Capable of running and managing a station, including fish and meat butchery, sauces, and vegetable preparation.
-Organization & Leadership – Strong sense of priority, ability to handle multiple tasks, and readiness to take initiative.
-Resilience Under Pressure – Able to manage high-stress situations and last-minute requests without compromising quality.
-Team Spirit – We are a tight-knit crew; every member plays a vital role in our success.
Bonus Points For:
-Knowledge of French cuisine (not required, but a definite plus).
-A strong desire to continuously learn, evolve, and refine your craft.
