Server requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment
- wine and spirits knowledge
- basic bartending skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine
- friendly personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile on your face
- pay: min wage + tips
- 21 only
Busser/Runner:
- experience in similar position and attention to detail
- must be available in the evenings
- pay: min wage plus tips
- 18 only
Cooks:
- Italian cuisine experience
- pantry station experience, passion to create a beautiful dish presentation
- pizza dough stretching and pizza oven experience
- punctuality and ability to stick to the given schedule is must
- availability in the evening and weekends
- pay is based on your skills and experience + CASH tips.
- get paid every Friday!
