FRONT OF THE HOUSE SHIFT LEADER
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO:
Has a good attitude and is a hard worker
Is responsible, trustworthy, loyal, organized and dependable
Is available to work 4-6 days / 30-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bartending and serving experience is imperative
Any kitchen and/or supervisory experience is a plus
Basic computer and POS skills
Good leadership and communication skills
JOB DUTIES:
Assist the dining room staff in completing their tasks to ensure our customers receive exceptional service
Assist the owner and managers with minimal administrative work
Ensure our standard practices are being followed to maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitation
Help resolve issues with customers in person, via email or over the phone
Follow our nightly closing procedure
Cultivate friendly relationships with customers to build lasting loyalty and strengthen our reputation
Regularly communicate with and report to the owner
