Front of House Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including dining room, cashier area, drive-thru, outsidepatio and food production.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise front of house staff
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area.
- Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
-Knowledge of scheduling and payroll
Will be a working Manager. Must know all positions as well as anyone. More duties will be discussed in interview.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role with more restaurant experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with food production processes is an advantage.
