We are a family-owned brewpub in the heart of University Heights. Specializing in New Zealand focused beer and food, we have a large rooftop patio and industrial dinging room on the first floor. We are super dog friendly, family friendly, and like to give back to the community by hosting and participating in lots of neighborhood events. Service is casual and super welcoming, and we try to treat the guests like family.
Requirements:
- 2+ years high-volume restaurant/brewpub management experience
- Strong understanding of business and financial operations
- Have quick decision making skills, people skills, and a good understanding of the flow of service
- Knowledge of OpenTable, 7shifts and Toast POS
- The ability and drive to create a supportive work environment
- Decent knowledge of craft beer, wine and food
- Ensure cleanliness of restaurant
- Good delegation skills
