Fat Chips, San Diego's own tallow-cooked potato chips, is looking for an outgoing and sharp person to help run our booth at the upcoming Liberty Station Farmers Market, beginning 3/22.
This is a weekly gig on Saturday from 8:30am to 1pm and the pay is $20/hr, plus a performance based bonus which we expect to push your hourly above $30/hr. It is only on-site with opportunity for the right person to grow with the business at this farmers market (managing it) or opening and managing other farmers markets, as well as work as a cook or wholesale sales opportunity.
Primary responsibility will be offering samples and making sales, with secondary roles in seasoning fresh chips, and working the tallow fryer. The booth is a lot of fund with music and a fun vibe, and we've had a fantastic response to our product so we need your help.
