Busy Entrepreneur Seeking Part Time House Manager

Hello! I'm currently looking to hire a house manager to help out with things like but not limited to: Tidying up, Cooking, Watering Plants, Walking Dogs, Laundry, Organization ect The ideal candidate will have experience working in the hospitality industry and is someone that can keep themselves busy with limited interaction. I live in a large home with my girlfriend and my 12 year old daughter. We have 3 dogs as well so this hire will need to be dog friendly. Outside of the listed items above I'm looking for someone that can help identify tasks and things around that house that need to be looked at and worked on to leave the home in a better position daily than how they found it. To start out I'm looking for someone that is available 2-4 days per week and once we get a good working relationship there will be an opportunity to increase days and hours of work. The ideal schedule for this person would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday and they would work anywhere from 3-5 hours per day depending on what's needed.
