Casa Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Old Town is seeking Bartenders for PM shifts to include weekends, especially Sunday.
We are in search of those talented few who have a Dynamic Personality, and a Passion for service; who will serve our customers and not merely take orders. Must have excellent customer service skills.
As a Bartender you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking drink/food orders, mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other drinks, as well as serving wine, beer and other beverages, and completing transactions; communicating ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and the servers as necessary; providing the highest quality of service to both internal and external customers at all times.
BARTENDERS should have at least 2 years as a bartender, behind a full bar in a high volume or fast paced casual dining restaurant environment. Must know how to mix drinks (some knowledge of mixology, wine and beer knowledge) and have a comprehension of the Responsible Alcohol and Beverage principles.
REQUIRED: Food Handler Card. Upon hire will be given a prepaid code to obtain food handler certification
BARTENDERS are required by the State of California to have Responsible Alcohol and Beverage licensing
