Banquet / Service Captain

We are currently seeking an energetic Food and Beverage Leader to supervise our award winning service team. We are a very active full-service Private Country Club enjoying strong revenue growth while fully staffed. Schedules for this position are ever-changing due to Event demand. Duties include, but are not limited to, Event Supervision (An eye for details is a must) ensuring that every host and their guests enjoy a superior event experience. Most shifts include organizing team assignments, hands on coaching and supervision of events, Billing and usually concluding with the re-setting for the next event and closing down the building. Re-setting often requires lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, squatting, bending, and lots of walking.
