Hello!
We are a small wholesale commercial bakery looking for positive, hard-working, and dedicated people to join our production team. We bake variations of delicious gluten-free, allergy-friendly sourdough breads for individuals with special dietary needs and sell them in grocery stores in 7+ different states. Consistency with attendance and punctuality are a must here, as is a positive can-do attitude.
We have two available shifts Mon-Wed, 6:20am - 2:50pm, as well as a 4 hr morning shift, 3-4 days. Positions include primary tasks such as operating mixers, panning dough, weighing ingredients, operating ovens, boxing and palletizing products, and cleaning/sanitation.
All positions include requirements to follow company's Good Manufacturing Practice's, Food Safety Plan/HACCP Plan, hygiene rules, practice legal and safe handling of food and equipment, perform daily and continuous cleaning and sanitation of work spaces, and keep accurate and consistent records/logs.

-Pallet jack, warehouse, food production experience a plus +, but will train
