We're looking for fast, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fine dining environment.
-Responsibilities:
Assist guests by clearing dishes promptly, anticipating their needs, and keeping a smooth, steady dining pace.
Prepare high-quality coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte).
Maintain a clean and polished restaurant — before, during, and after service.
Maintain a professional, composed demeanor at all times.
-What We’re Looking For:
At least one year of fine dining experience (required — no exceptions).
Strong sense of urgency, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Deep understanding of service flow and floor priorities.
Availability:
Open availability required (weekdays, weekends, and holidays) starting at 4:00 p.m.
