We’re looking for a Front-of-House Manager who’s comfortable working the counter and the line. This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and isn’t afraid to get behind the grill when needed.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily FOH operations and team (counter, expo, guest experience)
Jump on the line to support during peak hours (grill, fry, or bowl assembly)
Train and lead staff to uphold service and cleanliness standards
Maintain a smooth service flow and solve problems in real time
Handle opening/closing duties, cashouts, and daily logs
Ensure all guests have a great experience—fast, friendly, and on-brand
You Are
Experienced in counter-service restaurants (2+ years preferred)
Capable in the kitchen—comfortable grilling burgers or prepping bowls when needed
A natural leader with strong communication and coaching skills
Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
ServSafe Certified (or willing to obtain quickly)
