The World Famous Corvette Diner is an energetic and fun 1950s-themed restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily. Located in the Historic Liberty Station, Corvette Diner takes your back to the Rock n’ Roll days offering delicious burgers and shakes served by sassy waitresses in poodle skirts. The Diner also features an enormous Gamers Garage arcade with endless fun for all ages.
Gamers Garage Technician
The Gamers Garage Technician is our on-site shift lead responsible for ongoing maintenance of arcade games, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring operational, cleanliness and inventory standards are met. The Gamers Garage Technician coordinates with the managers to prepare the arcade for daily (fun!) business, work on long-term projects, and assist the Gaming Manager with more extensive repairs.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with managers to ensure adequate staffing for efficient, friendly guest service
Ensure the games are clean and well-maintained at all times
Ensure the redemption case and shelves are stocked in an attractive manner
Assist guests as needed with game explanation, game card sales, and prize redemption
Troubleshoot game related problems
Prepare game repair tickets according to company policy for all in-depth repairs
Coordinate staff to maintain clean and orderly service areas and complete side work duties
Comply with established safety and sanitation standards
Ensure all guests of the Gamers Garage receive exemplary service
Qualifications
Able to work in a high energy and fast paced work environment
Able to perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision
Requires a good sense of prioritization and organizational skills
