As the VP HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with C-suite executives and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, optimize talent management initiatives, and foster leadership development to enhance organizational performance.Location: Based in the United States, overseeing a global HRBP team across multiple countries within the Americas, EMEA and APJ regionsYour day-to-day

Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to develop and execute strategic HR plans that support organizational goals and industry best practices.

Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and leadership development initiatives tailored to the Go-to-Market function.

Utilize data-driven insights to influence key decision-making processes and drive business outcomes that support growth and transformation.

Lead and champion organizational change efforts to cultivate a high-performance culture and elevate employee engagement within the Go-to-Market teams.

Drive succession planning initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential talent for critical leadership positions across the Go-to-Market function.

Partner with other HR teams to ensure effective implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that resonate with Go-to-Market business needs.

Analyze HR metrics and trends specific to the Go-to-Market function to assess workforce effectiveness and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Act as a coach and mentor to HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the Go-to-Market HRBP team.

What you bring to the team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

12+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP capacity supporting Go-to-Market functions.

Demonstrated track record of successfully partnering with senior executives to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Go-to-Market business objectives.

Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR best practices tailored to sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and measure HR impact on business outcomes.

Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Proven leadership experience, inspiring and leading teams to deliver impactful HR solutions and initiatives.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
