job summary:Our client, a gaming studio with one of the most anticipated games launching next year, is in need of a talented Senior Quest Designer. Someone who has previous experience in the industry as a game designer, preferably in projects that involve 3rd person action combat. - Collaborate with the leads and game team to create fun and interesting narrative experiences
- Design, write, and implement epic quests and events
- Design, wireframe and champion implementation tools
- Stay on the bleeding edge of modern design and gameplay philosophies
- Write design documentation, and keep current documentation on quests, characters, and functionality
- Proactively find problems with gameplay and brainstorm solutions
- Mentor and guide junior designers along their path toward mastery
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
