Senior Financial AnalystJob DescriptionThis role is primarily focused on providing finance business partner support for multiple corporate G&A functions. The Senior Financial Analyst will engage heavily with Accounting month-end activities, including accrual submissions, analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast, and providing readouts to explain deviations from expectations. You will partner with global teammates to create various financial presentations such as actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, expense trends, headcount analysis, and insightful variance explanations. This role offers significant exposure to senior business leaders, making it a highly visible and unique opportunity.Qualifications

3-5 yrs’ experience – preferably in FP&A, audit, consulting or business development programs.

Strong foundational knowledge in general accounting principles (accruals, prepaids, capital).

Able to work with large data sets from multiple systems and enjoy the challenge of working with details.

Bachelor's degree required - preferably Finance, Accounting, Business

Proficient in all Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel.

Experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion forms, inputs, and queries).

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position.Work EnvironmentThis role requires a minimum presence of 1 day per week in the office, with potential variations based on workload. The ideal candidate will be located in the greater San Diego area.
