Need someone to help me find the guy who broke into my car

Someone broke into my car today or yesterday night. They stole my purse, wallet, laptop, and sunglasses. I really need the stuff in my purse as there’s my passport inside. If you can help me find the guy and call the cops for me(or hold him as I come and call the cops), I will give you 500 dollars. If you can help me find my stuff, I will give you 300 dollars. If you are the guy, if you give me my stuff back I will give you 100 dollars and won’t do anything further.
