Apply today and start building your future in Microsoft cloud technology with RIVO!What You'll Do:Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud resources (IaaS, PaaS).Assist with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, compliance policies, app deployment, and endpoint security.Provide technical support for Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls.Perform regular system tasks such as patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance.Help with employee onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and account creation.Respond to helpdesk tickets involving cloud services, user access issues, and device troubleshooting.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including SOPs and configuration records.Work closely with senior cloud engineers and IT teams to support new deployments and cloud migration projects.Stay current with evolving Microsoft technologies and participate in ongoing training and certifications.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
