This role involves working with Epic software in a research clinical setting and is crucial to the functioning of our team. The position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Epic Modules.Responsibilities: Conduct research on clinical and research billing report builds Take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of records within Epic Develop studies within Epic, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Participate in cross-functional, integrated teams to address complex problems across multiple domains Design, build, and test system configurations to meet business requirements Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the creation of a functional and efficient system Conduct quality reviews of system builds to ensure accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with other team members to build studies quickly and accurately Utilize your experience and understanding of what information is needed for study and billing records to contribute to team goals Maintain a focus on building research study records, minimizing the need for incident ticket resolution or upgrade participation.Requirements Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Demonstrated experience with Epic Application Knowledge and understanding of Epic Modules Skilled in using Epic Software Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a timely manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Effective time management skills Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as required by the role Strong commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
