In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player with a passion for helping others.Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Product & Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Order & Account Management: Assist customers with order processing, account updates, billing inquiries, and returns.

Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and service standards are upheld.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment.

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

Attributes: Adaptability, empathy, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
